Marketing Web Pro provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to:
The specific scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
All projects begin with a written proposal or agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work begins only after a 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client approval before the site goes live.
For ongoing monthly services (such as social media management or maintenance plans), payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To deliver your project on time, we ask that you:
Delays caused by missing client materials may affect project timelines. Marketing Web Pro is not responsible for delays resulting from client inaction.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. Significant changes to scope — such as adding pages, changing the design direction, or requesting features not included in the original agreement — may require additional fees and an updated timeline.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own your website and all custom content created for it. Marketing Web Pro retains the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide. Marketing Web Pro is not liable for intellectual property infringement resulting from client-provided materials.
Marketing Web Pro uses Hostinger for website hosting. If your site is hosted on our account, you agree to our hosting terms. You may also choose to set up your own hosting account, in which case we will provide assistance with setup.
We are not responsible for hosting outages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your website.
Some of our services involve third-party platforms (Google Business, social media platforms, email marketing tools, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by those platforms that may affect your results.
While we work hard to deliver real results, Marketing Web Pro does not guarantee specific outcomes such as Google rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, and algorithm changes.
Marketing Web Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. For project-based work, termination after work has begun may result in partial billing based on work completed.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
